Low Speed Web and back

Hello, i have problems with the speed of the web and the back, i have wordpress version 6.3.3 , i tested with php 8.0 and 8.2 and is the same result. Can you tell me tips for to repair this problem, i have not real products yet, only installed the template. i add capture of the results in pagespeed insights
