mail and phone links in footer add website link

I make footer buttons for mail and phone with this code

How i can fix that and open mail and phone call

ok but in any theme or page i only wirte this code and get a link in my footer widget but in woodmart theme this link go to http://www.websitename/tel=+56961861214

You say that solve that with create website but is a paid server additional, for some that i know to do but not is working good in footer widget.
