Mailchimp Abandon cart email not working – Mailchimp for woo-commerce

    Dear Team ,

    My abandon cart feature of mailchimp for woo-commerce is not working , it is not able to send the abandon cart emails to the customers who abandon the cart in mid way.

    Please suggest.

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
