mailchimp for woocommerce

hi, I want to do retargeting using the plugin mailchimp for woocommerce, but the syncing dont work… I thing that the problem is for the theme wooodmart, becaduse I tested the same configuration of this plugin (mailchimp for woocommerce) in other wordpress instalation.
I have also tried disabling all the plugins and leaving just running mailchimp for woocommerce and woocommerce. MailChimp recommends do this when these issues happen

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Yes, I used the theme twentysixteen and the plugin works ok. But I cant do this in the current instalation. I have a clone wordpress instalation in this server. If you want you can enter to see. The same user and password
