Mailchimp form editing not showing up

Hi there,

We’ve installed Mailchimp for WordPress as required by the Woodmart Theme, but the option MC4WP on the left side menu of WordPress administration doesn’t show up, so we can’t create any sign up form. We’ve tried removing the plugin and reinstalling again, but to no avail.

Also, the “compare products” page doesn’t behave correctly on mobile.

Can you help us with this?

Everything is functioning ok right now. Regarding the mobile compare page, it’s ok too, it was just a temporary bug (it disappeared).

Hi there again,

We’ve detected a small inconsistency in the button/link that resides in the “My account/orders” page and shows up when no orders have been made yet.

For usability purposes, the button (we think) should be on the right of the alert box in orange, and not next to the icon, so it won’t be confusing for users, as a warning or other. We’ve attached an image to explain.

Another thing we’ve noticed is that, if you click the text (the one that says “No order has been made yet.”) next to the button/link, it moves left (with the button/link).

If so, can we change this with CSS, or does it require any change to the master coding? We can do that too if you tell us how to.

Hello,

HTML structure does not allow to move the button with CSS. This is the Woocommerce functionality and our theme does not influence or have options to change that. You will have to customize as per your needs.

Such customization is not covered by our support.
