How do I make mobile main header row like header bottom row? I mean single row.

No I want to add search bar which will be full width like header bottom. Currently I m using in header bottom but its not sticky. So I need to make header main single row and add search bar there. I hope you understand.

The sticky header will show only main row on mobile. The default mobile header can show the bottom row and the search form.
Switch to the mobile view, make the row visible http://prntscr.com/mrz41g and add the search element
