    Hey there.
I’ve updated the Main Menu by editing the existing main menu. When I went to look at in the front end it hadn’t changed, so I created a new menu all together and replaced it. Same thing happened again, the front end didn’t update. I thought it might be a caching issue, but when I update the mobile menu it updates right away when viewing in the front end via the Desktop ‘mobile simulator’ view. Not sure what is going on here…!

    Hello,

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

Please ask your hosting providers to set the php_max_input_vars to 5000 or above. Then Clear cache and check back.

You can read our detailed documentation in following link:
    https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/menu-doesnt-save-custom-fields/

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

Done, the max input vars are lifted to 10000 just in case, and also the server cache is flushed.

But the main navigation still persists and appears as it did in the demo version, despite being updated.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme. Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself
    and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards.

Hi – I tried disabling plugins but this did not change anything.

I’ve created a temp user account for you to take a look and sent it to you privately. Hopefully it’s something simple!

Ah yes….this would probably be because I don’t have the DNS updated! There is a an existing website that is live on the URL already that I will be replacing, so I have updated a few settings on my local machine in order to access the new site directly via the host’s IP

    Hello,

Please make sure that you have setup the DNS settings correctly for the website to be working correctly,

then tell me to check it myself and help you out accordingly. Because I am still getting the same issue while trying to login to the website.

    Best Regards.

Ok, I have not set the DNS up. You should be able to log in and check it now.

    Hello,

I have logged into your website and the menu is working. It seems that you are not making
changes to the correct menu. You need to edit the left menu and right menu from Appearance >> Menus.

I have added a page to the left menu and it’s working fine on my end.
