Main Menu not showing on homepage

Mani menu displays on all pages, i have WPML installed, Arabic homepage menu also shows, but only in English homepage menu does not show, if am logged in WordPress Menu shows but when I double check with incognito mood dose not show the Main Menu as per screenshots.
