Main navigation search bar issues

I’m running into an issue with the search bar on the top right of the website in the navigation.
I am able to type in a product name, hit enter on my keyboard, and then it will successfully take me to the product page. However, if I type the product name in search and then try clicking the search magnifying glass or one of the products that populates in the search dropdown, nothing happens. It should be taking to the product clicked or product selector with the searched product results.
>Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this search functionality issue?
>Secondly, is there a way to decrease the font size of the products populating in the search bar?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, provide the site admin access to the private area for us to check the issue.
