Main product image appears only on hover

I have a problem with product image. It appears only when I put a mouse coursor on it.

Please advice how to fix that.

As for image layout issue, navigate to the Theme settings > Product page and disable Main carousel auto-height option http://prntscr.com/mc0vgj

the firs problem – fixed.

The theme setting has been set however the empty space is still there.

What I want is:

What I dont want is:
http://webypro-test1.cz/product/grilovaci-tacy-set-3ks/
http://webypro-test1.cz/product/kadai-ohniste-a-gril-60cm/
