Please update WP Bakery page builder. Deactivate and delete the current version and navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > install and activate WP Bakery page builder.

We see that you have added some code to the functions.php file in your parent theme. Please, remove it first. Or reinstall the theme if you didn’t add it.

It will not work on both products while the code is there. We suggest you remove it and disable this plugin. We will add this feature to our theme core in the future.
