EI_StudiosParticipantHello,
The background color (grey) of my home page slider doesn’t fit the entire width of the page, see screenshot. http://prntscr.com/1rl3hj5
How can I change the settings that the background grey color is the full width, as in your demo?
Also, my home page slider doesn’t auto-slide (loop function) after a few seconds as in your demo. It’s static. Where can I change this?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Now the row that contains the slider is divided into two columns. Make this row of one column and the slider would be aligned properly.
Autorotation is configured in the slider settings. You need to enable Autoplay: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/woodmart-slider/slider-settings/
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

EI_StudiosParticipantSorry, it still isn’t clear to me how to do this
This is the current Navigator with 2 columns (see red): https://prnt.sc/1rovbzr
If I remove one column, the image disappears, see: https://prnt.sc/1rovf6l
If I add the image again into the single column that is left, it is not displayed properly, see: https://prnt.sc/1rovh0sPlease let me know how to do this (perhaps with a gif) and also let me know if there is a way to import your default slider, so I can start over with that one?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You should have removed the left column to make the slider full-width:
I have done that:
The categories can be open by default as it was configured initially or open by click. Now I have set as it was as you can see it overlap the slider, you can change this in the page options: you need to disable “Open categories menu – Always shows categories navigation on this page;” in the page settings:

EI_StudiosParticipantYou should have removed the left column to make the slider full-width
I did that, but thought that I was doing it wrong, because then the categories menu was overlapping.
The categories can be open by default as it was configured initially or open by click.
Correct, but on your demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/ it has an open categories menu and it doesn’t overlap the slider. That is exactly what I want. So how to have open categories menu without it overlapping the slider?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to insert the left column back giving the space for the Browse category menu or open on click.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

EI_StudiosParticipantI understand, but then we arrive back at the original problem that the grey background is not full width.
We need the look to be the same as in your demo site:
– full width grey background
– Browse Category menu static
– No overlap with Category menuCan you please advise how to do this?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You need to have more categories so that this menu would be of the same height as the slider, in this case, you put the slider in the right column and set the appropriate width and categories are open on the left. Otherwise, the best solution is to make the slider full-width and open categories by click.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.

EI_StudiosParticipantI understand that I need to have more categories in the menu to have the same height as the slider. However, that is not my question. My question relates to the width issues I am having now. The only thing I still need, is that the slider is off-set to the right of the category menu. You said that I need to add a left column, but when I do that, then the grey background is not full width anymore.
Let’s put it differently: can you please log into our website and restore the slider and slider settings (columns, etc.) the way it is in your demo?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
If you want the grey background, try to set it for the section.
You are welcome! We are here to help.
Wish you a wonderful day!

EI_StudiosParticipantI created another left column and added the same background color to it. That works. However, the arrow for scrolling is at the wrong position, because it thinks the slider ends there.
See screenshot.
Please tell me how to make the slider look like the one in your demo, with the arrows at the far end of either side.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please have a look at the screen: https://gyazo.com/a7865025a6d19f3a43a53e3cbf4466a6
Check and set the column width on all devices: https://gyazo.com/079092ef990deee0aeae85dc75060d0a you will need to try a few values till you find the best ones.
Try to disable the full-width slider so that it could fit the column it occupies.
Best Regards
