1. I want to edit the slider on the homepage:

Now there are 3 Sliders, I want to become 4 Sliders.
I copied Main slide 3 here,

But Main slider 4 is not displayed on the homepage.
Is my method wrong?

Hello,

Please refer the Slider Revolution documentation to create and configure the slider. Our theme is 100% compatible with the plugin, however, our support does not cover configuration and creating the slides templates.

If your the plugin does not work, make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.

1. First of all, enter the editing mode of the page where the Slider displayed. Check which one is used as shown here: http://prntscr.com/isshej in my screen is Slider Revolution. In this case Slider Revolution is edited here: https://prnt.sc/torpmj

Then find this slider in Slider Revolution plugin as shown: http://prntscr.com/issi0h

Finally edit the the height in the slider settings as shown here: http://prntscr.com/isyjfv

I have checked your site and see you use Slider Revolution. There is no sense to purchase license now, first of all, you need to find the reason the slider does not work. This is the local problem. Slider Revolution support would fix the slider generated bug, or help in configuration, however they would not fix the local site problems.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue.
