    I took over a site with this theme and the version is 1.5 – I tried updating to the most recent version and it broke the site – none of the shortcodes are working. How can I get the most recent version without breaking the site?

    The site you updated is completely broken now. Can you just send me v2, v3, and v4 so I can do an incremental upgrade?

    Hi, the site works but the header is broken and I can’t figure out how to fix it. Also the footer is broken.

    Also I now cannot access /wp-admin – too many redirects. If I change the theme this doesn’t happen.

    Hi there, the server went down for a time last night. Can you try only islandthera.com again? Alternatively, can you send me the files for an incremental update? I assume if I update to v2, v3, then v4 the upgrade would go smoothly?

    You will have to recreate your header and footer and check your widgets. I update the second time and header resets. It should not reset. Moreover, I have exported theme settings and imported it again it does not apply.

    Now the dashboard is completely broken and the header settings don’t work at all. Also there is a search bar in the footer I can’t get rid of. Isn’t there a way to do an incremental update with several versions of this theme?

    Where can I download different versions of the theme? I think if we go v2, v3, v4 it should retain the settings, no?

    Different versions of the theme would not help. Please deactivate all the plugins, deactivate child theme and update as per our manual https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    If you see the same, it means you have customized the theme incorrectly. All the theme settings usually remain after the update.

    Thanks for your help, however there is still an issue with wp-admin/ and too many redirects. I have disabled all plugins except for those associated with the theme and am still having this issue. If I disable slider revolution it works, but many other plugins cause the same issue. can you please have a look? If I use another theme, I don’t have this problem.

    These issues do not relate to our theme. You can switch to any default theme and you will get the same. Or you could customize or configure something you need to upload a clean pack with our theme and upload it. Then check on any default theme, if you have the same, contact your host support ask them to help.

    If you switch to the default theme, the issue goes away. All that I have active right now are your theme and your plugins. This appears to be a theme issue.

    The problem is caused by the recent update of the Slider Revolution. Please do not update the Slider we have installed the previous version and everything works properly.
