You can install standard themes like twentysixteen in Appearance -> Themes.

Firstly, try to reinstall our theme. If you got some malware inside its files, they should be cleaned. Then, provide us your admin access and detailed instruction how to reproduce the issue if it still exists.

But how we can see the problem? We check both with desktop and mobile devices and it works well for us.

We don’t know why you get this error but it works correctly for us. We tested on 4 different computers with all browsers.
