Malware problem don’t fix after latest plugins and themes update

Hello, I have a malware problem, it could be false/positive, but the Samsung Internet browser shows a warning that the website is infected with malware or something else. Some external malware scanners show that there is a malware problem: /my-account/?social_auth=facebook Threat name Heur.HTML.Redirect.gen Detected suspicious PHP code Detected encoded JavaScript code commonly used to hide suspicious behavior. <meta http-equiv=”refresh” content=”0; URL=/login.php?skip_api_login=1%26amp;api_key=….

This happens after the last updates. We did lots of server scanning and external. They find only this problem with Facebook Social Login.

We had installed the latest version of all plugins including WoodMart core and the latest theme update as well, but the malware its still there.

What is your recommendation? It’s very important for us to fix this problem.

WoodMart theme is free from malware.
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
deactivate the child theme.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

If the issue remains Insert the site credentials into the Private content under the message area.

Hi, after deactivating WoodMart Core plugin there are not malware. If I activate it again I found malware again. Uninstalling plugin and install the lates version doesn’t fix the problem.

There is no malware issue in the core plugin.

There was a cache plugin Wp-Rocket and you didn’t clean the cache after deactivating plugin woodmart core. I will run check again after the cache is cleaned and will show you results.
