many size images automatic creation

    Hello,

    I have just uploaded some photos , and noticed that wordpress automatically created 9 different sizes of images from each image I uploaded. I wanted to know if this is related to theme? are you suggesting to keep it like that? can I cancel it if I want?

    Hi,

    Yes, WordPress create a thumbnail for each register image size for better performance. And it is not related to our theme. It comes from the core and some plugins like WooCommerce.
