marquee Html tag is not working on update page

marquee tag is not working in wptext and text block. when i put code like
<marquee>This is basic example of marquee</marquee>
for scrolling text.
and save and update the page its not working. marquee tag is disappeared from html

HTML tags are not supported, unfortunately. There is a limited set of typography tags can be used.
