Thank you so much purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
It happens because you are using standard WooCommerce elements in your menu HTML Blocks.

Try to replace them with our theme’s elements instead.

In this section Im not using Woocommerce Elements. In this section (Home base page) i’m using the themes’s elements and the product categories block is setup in masonry with first wide.
Please help.

Yes, but you are using them in HTML Blocks for you categories menu. Just go through all these HTML Blocks and replace default WooCommerce elements with our theme ones.
