I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please ask your hosting providers to increase the “PHP max input vars” to 5000 or above. Then clear cache and check back.

hi

after increase to 5000 or even to 10000, recreate the menu and clear cache on browser and SuperCache plugin, it didn’t fix the problem.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme.

Clear cache and check back. If the problem continues then provide with admin panel login details
of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
