First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

You are using HTML Blocks for the categories menu and they only work for the desktop version of the website that’s why they are not displayed on mobile.

You can try creating a new menu and add categories as sub-items and set the menu as categories menu from header builder.

You can try creating one for yourself the page builder components and customize them according to your needs.
