Make sure that you have enabled the “Font Awesome” in Theme Settings -> Performance -> Fonts & Icons -> Font Awesome library.

I see that you use some icons from Font Awesome 4 version, you should navigate Elementor -> Settings -> Advanced -> enable the “Load Font Awesome 4 Support”.

Also, make sure that you use the FREE version of the icons, in your case the chair-office is not for free.
