Our theme has a popup element in WP Bakery Page builder.

1. Navigate to Dashboard > HTML and create a popup with the contact form: http://prntscr.com/kfssig

2. Then navigate to Theme Settings > Product page and insert HTML block ID into “After “Add to cart button” text area” http://prntscr.com/kfswic
