Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantIt is not the first time that I have this.
I tried to make you fix it in the previous ticket, but you did not fix anything.
Now I want you to investigate on thisFebruary 5, 2019 at 8:53 pm #106053
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
If you want to stretch mega menu block, you can do it in the menu item settings the width. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/create-menu-2/ Find the Desing drop-list with options: Default, Set size or full-width.
Everything works properly here. Mega menu blocks are not destined for full-width of the screen.
Best Regards

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantI do not accept your answer. If HTML block were not aimed at being full width, then it would not work at all.
The problem I have is that it works half of the time !!! Just check the video and test by yourself!!
THe problem does not appear just 1 time upon loading. To find the problem, you must naviguate a lot. Let the page even remaining open for some time, then naviguate again.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Here is how full-width works in mega menu https://gyazo.com/a638a99e7fa3ede0c9ddbb573587d765
As I told you, you need to set the full-width in the menu item not to stretch the row in HTML block.
If it does not work as it should (I have tested a few times on other sites too) deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue. If you have integrated any other configurations, deactivate them as well.
Create new HTML block with the default row and some dummy content, insert and test. If it works, it means you could destroy something in the shortcode.
Our support covers fixing the theme bugs and guiding in the theme option, however, our support does not cover fixing user errors or third parties plugins.

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantI don’t understand what’s the difference between “full width in menu item” and “stretch row”? Aren’t they the same?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
“full width in menu item” and “stretch row” stretch different elements. Follow the instruction provided to make the mega menu full width.

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantDear,
My menus are already defined as “full width” in the Menu settings.
The reason why I applied a “stretch row” in WPBakery is because, if I don’t, the background color doesn’t apply full width. If I can’t make it stretch row, how can I make this mega menu with a full background?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. I have created a testing HTML block 1a testing
2. I have set it as a mega menu in CORDONNERIE https://gyazo.com/839ab60e66b59a9ffa86327aa82f2354
As you see it works perfectly. Delete the existing block and create a new one from scratch you could break a code or make other errors.
Do not try to put into one mega menu block the whole site, divide the content. You are trying to create the whole page in the mega menu block.
Best Regards

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantBut the problem is that you always take into account the fact that you have only white background. Try to make the background to any other color in WPBakery and you’ll have the result I talk about!
My question remains unaswered :
If I can’t make it stretch row, how can I make this mega menu with a full background color OTHER than white?February 8, 2019 at 6:12 pm #106631
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and check again. If you set full-width + stretch row and content without paddings it works perfectly well on my site without other plugins https://gyazo.com/eec6630b94cf40980f3fcd5204dce3ba

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme.
2. Make the red background to the block I have added (test)
3. Test on it.
Best Regards
