Hello!

Create HTML block for this menu item, then navigate to Appearance > Menu > chose the main menu > enter the menu > and choose the HTML block from the drop-down

I do the necessary but i have 2 problems :

1. border is outside limit (top and bottom)
2. background of the 2 columns is not totaly filled with background color

Enter your HTML block remove the paddings https://gyazo.com/957626187673c8792f87db1f129fa32f and set the background color to the whole row https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/use-element-design-options-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress/
