Megamenu Options not showing

Hi, I followed your instructions and video tutorial for creating a megamenu but none of the options show for me. How can I get those to show?

As soon as you have added an item to the menu, save it and check, you will see the options. If you do not see, go to Screen options and enable all the elements: http://prntscr.com/kmo63g

Thanks for your help. That screenshot didn’t load but I don’t have those options in my Screen options or anywhere. Any other ideas?
