"MENU" CUSTOM FIELDS AREN'T ACTIVE IN MY THEME

Hello there, i have some issues with the Basel theme and some help to ask for.

1. Menu “Custom Fields” doesn’t exist in me theme.

I installed the theme and i made some changes on it, But the “Custom Fields” Never showed up in my wordpress Menu. ( see the image “customfields.jpg” that i send)
– How can i Activate them ???

As soon as you have added a menu item(s) save the menu and check. If you do not see the custom fields, click Screen options in the right top corner and enable all.

I Already did that from the Beginning , i’ve enabled all but the problem remains. I can’t see them in the Menu.

Please provide site admin access and confirm the permit to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme for the period of checking what may take up to 20 minutes.
