MENU Disappear in Tablet

Menu and search Didn’t work on a tablet or small screens ( 1024 x 600 ) it just appears a black screen and didn’t open please see screenshots

Hello,

We see that you have customized the header a lot. Please, disable all external plugins and child theme and provide us your admin access. Also, remove all the custom CSS added. Be sure that you have added the search and menu to the mobile version of the header in the header builder.
