Menu Drop Down not showing up on Mobile slide out

Hello,
On the mobile menu, for some reason, all of my submenus do not show up. They do for “Our Origin” and “Contact Us” but not for “Collection” which is actually the most important. I included screenshots of how it looks on mobile and screenshots of the menu to show you that I do have the submenus. Thank you!

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe
Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333
Switch the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check the Mobile element if you have set the proper menu.

Thank you for your prompt response. I went into the Woodmart header editor and then mobile view of the editor and everything looks normal. It is all displaying properly; however, the submenus still are not showing up under the Collection. Any additional help would be much appreciated. I added an administrative user and included login info below.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the valid site admin access to the private area.

You have main menu as main and mobile. On the desktop, you have added the mega menu block Mega menu 4 https://prnt.sc/rqnerr
The mobile menu does not support the mega menu block. You need to create the same menu without a mega menu block and assign it as the mobile menu. You will need to convert your mega menu items into sub-menu items for the mobile menu.
