Menu dropdowns not working

Hello,
menu dropdowns are not working for my website with woodmart theme. Why is it so? I applied all cache recomended settings and exclusions as described in this forum.
It is more often not shown for admin and less frequently for customers in incognito.

I solved problem by disabling caching plugin and WPML. It all works now. Thanks.
