Menu – Edit Option help + Speed Issue

1. Can you help with this? I would Like to remove the link from Manu ( Shop ). I want to keep as Shop as non-clickable. it remaining all I need to get the same. ( Like Down menu etc.) ( Refer the attached file )

2.I want to get All 4 menus in the same format as AIR CARE.
Example ( Menu ->Shope layout-> one image with a hyperlink to the relevant category.

3. we just downloaded and uploaded the same theme, and now literally we are moving with edit, At present we just edit 2 to 3%, and NOW the website Speed is very slow. I had contact with the Hosting theme all working well from their side. is there anything i need to configure to improve the speed
