MENU JUST and top header just disappears

Hi,
I have bizzare really strange apperance with top header and menu, sometimes just disappears, there is noting but after I login and refresh front end there’s back menu and topheader. After logout evetything is fine!

I am having the exact some peoblem. There is another active thread on this as well. The header just randomly disappears. Please help. I haven’t figured out how to reproduce it either.

For me, it is no non logged in users i have noticed it. Very worrying and impacting sales.

Yeh, don’t know hey. I’ check my site this. morning since turning off all combine options in siteground and thank god, the menu loaded but I know it will happen again and need to get to the reason. My page speed from turning those things off went from 50’s on mobile to 19’s.

Which is the CSS for Header Nav?

Is it this? /themes/woodmart/css/parts/widget-nav.min.css

Maybe we could try excluding it from the combined CSS.

Hey, I also noticed that the shipping calculator on the cart page sometime also disappears went the header does

Hello,

Try to disable the option “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” in Theme Settings -> Performance. It should fix the problem.
