Menu option missing

Hallo, I have an issue to fix in woodmart theme.
Comparing to another website I built, I’ve seen that in this website the side parto of menu option is missing.
I attach the screenshots
Natural Sardinia is the last one I’m working on, the other is one of the woodmart theme sites I realized. Miss the menu side.
Could you help me to fix it?

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please enable the options for the menus from Appearance >> Menus >> Screen Options on the right top.

Thanks. And how to remove link from menu PRODOTTI? This one goes to all products link instead we need to hide the link with # but there is no link visible.

You can try using the custom links and set the link to #.

Thanks. Problem is that the link of products is a mega menu precompiled. If I use a custom link there is no mega menu visible

You can connect the HTML Blocks to the Custom links as well.

Because using Custom links is the only way to get your desired result.
