Menu problems

Hi, I can’t edit the header menu of my page.

I chose the grocery demo, however I can’t customize the red bar menu and they are different from the demo.

I also don’t know how to change the color of the red menu bar.

On the other hand, the categories option of the demo does not appear in the mobile version either.
