Our theme does not have any options for site migration or does not influence the success of failing in migrate. At the same time, there are common rules which would help you:
Before any migrations, you would better to take the full backup of the site. You can do it on your host, or by means of the plugin, for example, free plugin All in One WP migrate.
Then you would better to export the content only. You will find the tools in the Dashboard > Tools.
Finally, the best way is to have your current live site and one testing. Where You will upload the theme, install a demo, import your pages and products, reproduce all the layout as per your needs and then move to the live site.
