Migration from staging server to Live Server

Hi,

Can you help me out for Migration from staging server to Live Server, i have done changes on the css file and template file

Now below link is on the staging server
http://forest.id8lab.net/

i have to transfer to http://forest.gold/

Please help me

As for our theme there is no any special instruction for transfer. Just keep all files and it will work correct.
