    Hello,

Sorry to hear about the inconvenience but we have confirmed from the Test Site first in this regard and the Cart widget was working fine there wasn’t such an issue happening. You can check for yourself too on our Test Site: https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/

So, this clears the fact that it is not an issue at the Theme end.

On your Site, we have also confirmed the issue is arising with the Elementor Pro enabled. So, it seems to be a third party Plugin conflict in terms of some settings or configuration at the Pro plugin level because at our Test Site, we aren’t facing such an issue. Could you please once try contacting the Elementor Pro plugin support in this regard and see what they have to say about it because it is a bit of a strange and unusual issue happening on your Site which we haven’t seen generally.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

Sorry to say but it seems that you haven’t read our earlier reply carefully. We did mention that we saw the issue on your Site and tried to deactivate the Elementor Pro plugin and then the issue wasn’t there.

So, that’s why we recommended to you to once contact the Elementor Pro plugin support regarding this concern and see what they have to say about that because at our Test Site, we aren’t facing such an issue and we shared the Test Site URL with you too to let you see the concern on our Test Site yourself. So, by default at the Theme level there isn’t such an issue present. It might be some settings or configuration of the Elementor Pro plugin causing this on your Site we suppose which needs to be looked upon.

    Hope you can understand !

    Best Regards
