Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?
Thank you in advance
October 29, 2018 at 8:33 am #85772
Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantI cannot start activating/desactivating all the plugins I have all the time! All the plugins I currently have are necessary and if there are any issues with them, your theme should be compatible anyway. Desactivating my plugins may mean some loss of data settings for those plugins, which I don’t want.

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but we have to check what kind of plugin causes this error first. Please, deactivate them for a few minutes so we can check.
October 29, 2018 at 10:04 am #85836
Artem TemosKeymasterWe still see that some plugins are active. Please, deactivate them all.
October 29, 2018 at 10:06 am #85837
Artem TemosKeymasterAnd we need your FTP access as well.

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantDear,
I am not going to disactivate WooCommerce (it contains ALL MY DATA about my store!) I am no way going to disactivate it even if disactivating it wouldn’t make any data loss!
For the other plugins there is no “disactivate” button available. So please stop and investigate on the root cause !
Thanks!
October 29, 2018 at 10:08 am #85839
Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantFor the FTP, see the login credentials below on Godaddy
October 29, 2018 at 10:09 am #85840
Artem TemosKeymasterWe didn’t ask to disable WooCommerce. But there are some AMP and caching plugins that may break the functionality. Disable them first.
And we need FTP access, not your Godaddy account.
October 29, 2018 at 10:14 am #85846
Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantIf you were careful enough, you would see the message that is underneath of those plugins which say “”The plugin is automatically managed for you.” and THEREFORE I cannot disactivate it! I don’t have any button for disactivating !
Plus, those plugins are widely used in thousands of wordpress stores. If there is any issue in the link between your theme and this pluging, then it is certainly your theme that should be fixed! I have disactivated all what I could.
Now please cease returning the ball towards me and investigate on the cause! I’m not going to always disactivate all my plugins whenever there is an issue in your theme!
Regarding the FTP, where is this located? I don’t know how to access it
October 29, 2018 at 10:19 am #85849
Artem TemosKeymasterFTP should be provided by your host. If you can’t find it, contact your hosting provider and ask about that.
October 29, 2018 at 10:22 am #85850
Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantMy host IS godaddy ……… !
From there you can access cpanel!October 29, 2018 at 10:23 am #85851
Artem TemosKeymasterAs we already said, we need your FTP and not just cpanel. It doesn’t matter for us what host do you use.
October 29, 2018 at 10:28 am #85855
Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantOn my godaddy account you DO have access to the FTP ! See the screenshot!

Artem TemosKeymasterIt is not FTP it is your hosting control panel. We need your FTP account host, username and password. Again, we need FTP access, not godaddy panel even if does have the file manager.

Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantSurprizingly, this issue has got solved by itself now.
If the issue re-occurs any further, I’ll re-open it.
For now, it can be marked as solved.April 11, 2019 at 8:23 am #118183
Jeriss Cloud CenterParticipantYou can close this point, thanks
