Missing categories in shop title

    Hi,

    After a theme update I noticed my Shop categories were no longer displaying in the top title section, how do I get these re-added? I own a few other licenses of Woodmart but they were not affected in the same way.

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    You can enable showing in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Sidebar and Titles, find the option “Categories in page title” in the SHOP PAGE TITLE OPTIONS section.

    The setting was never turned off, it’s currently on and the categories are still not showing.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Hi,

    I removed the two plugins that were just added but the issue is still there, my other sites running the most recent version of Woodmart. The other sites are working just fine with the exact same plugins.

    I’ve made the backup but I’m not seeing any change to the categories section. Is there something additional I need to do to correct this issue?
