Missing Content

Hello!

As discussed on ThemeForest, when having a variations product added to the shop; it displays only the picture, price and small content. Everything below such as, full description, wootabs, footer, etc is all missing.

This only happens on the latest version of the theme and not the old. We’ve reverted back to the old theme whilst we try and find a fix to the issue.

Are you able to disable caching and optimization plugins for now?

It’s now turned off.

Try to figure it out first so we can understand what exactly causes this crash. Also, could you enable PHP error reporting and wordpress debug mode?

You’re right, the optimisation plugin is the issue. It’s now turned off; however on this page – https://adrianjamesnutrition.com/shop/ the round circle icon has turned to a red rectangle.
