Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in WoodMart WordPress family
:-)
.Custom Fields will be shown after saving the menu items. For adding a mega menu, first of all you need to add html block from the “HTML Blocks” option in the dashboard.
After creating an html block you have to choose that specific html block from the “Html block for the dropdown” option as in the screenshot: https://jmp.sh/eFiOEDN
You can also follow the below documentation for in depth guidance.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
If you do not want to share the login credentials, then its fine I will guide you by providing instructions to troubleshoot this issue.
First of all you need to make sure that you checked all the options from “Screen Options” as in the screenshot below: https://jmp.sh/89K4Aqc
After doing this deactivate all of you third party plugins(if you have any) and also make sure that you are using the latest version of theme as well as plugins.
Then go back to menus from Appearance >> Menus and add a new menu item(try adding a page except of custom link for testing) then save the menu settings. After saving it, again click that specific menu item and then check if the custom field for html block available or not as in the screenshot below.

Best regards.

mouserParticipantHi,
Thanks for your help.
I disabled every plugin not in use (the ones left are almost only from woodmart theme) and all checkboxes are checked.
But the custom fields are still not showing up.
What else can I do?
Regards

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterMost Welcome,
Try to regenerate the CSS from WoodMart >> CSS Generator and from WoodMart >> WpBakery CSS Generator and make sure that you checked all the required options in CSS. Save those generated CSS files and then check back after clearing your site and browser cache.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Kindly change the design from default to “Full Sizes” for the specific menu item for which you want to use the html block. Because with the default design the html block dropdown selector not shown.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have tested your menus by creating a test menu in your menus and the custom fields still not shown inside it.
I have noticed that you contains a lot of third party plugins and also the theme version is outdated.
Could you please update your theme as well as theme required plugins. And then deactivate all the third party plugins and check back after clearing your site and browser cache. This will surely fix the issue.
In case if the issue is still there then remain the plugins as disable and let me test with theme default plugins.
Best Regards.
