Missing default checkout fields

Hello,
in my checkout page i don’t have and i can’t add default checkout fileds
Elements appear here (https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/checkout-page-builder/) are not availble in my site
Missing:
– all the shipping fields – it only adds a memo box for free text
– login form (not availalbe to add it)
– coupon form (not availalbe to add it)
– Checkout steps, hook, etc
