Missing fields in menu item creation form

I want to create a mega menu item, where I can set up a HTMK block like it is shown in the video tutorial – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-mega-menu/.

But I don’t have a required field in the menu item form, so I don’t have an option to do that. My menu item is shown on the screen.
