Missing Icons

Hi,

I have noticed that some icons are missing on our website on all pages except for the cart and checkout page:
1. social icons
2. cart icon
3. arrow next categories
4. cart icon on the product thumbnails (home page and shop page)
5. star icons on the testimonials (home page)
6. play icon on the video thumbnail (home page)

Please advise how to fix that.

Please make sure that you have set both the addresses same as in our detailed documentation:
https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/icons-has-been-disappeared/

Then clear the cache and check back.

thank you for your help. That didn’t help as when I’m logged in as admin the icons appear normally. However, once I will log out they disappear again.

Hello,

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Performance >> CSS >> Font-Awesome Library. Set it to always use.

Then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
