Missing Menu Dropdown Arrow in Desktop

Hi, our website is having some problems, firstly the arrow pointing down from de menu for the dropdown load and then change to a square icon, and also it opens automatically and closes the search window, this is making the website slower than it already is.
How can i solve it? I´ve already disabled all the extra plugins and the problem persists.
