Missing Translations

Dear all,
I’m using polylang plugin to translate my store, but the translations are not complete, a lot of stings are not translated, please help

WPML is not included within the theme files I purchased, should I purchase it separately or do you guys suggest any thing else, perhaps something I can do to complete the job using Polylang, a string translation file maybe or something?

Our theme description declares that our theme is compatible with WPML, however, the theme folder does not include the plugin.

You will have to purchase the plugin.
