In the mobile bottom navbar, I want a customized button that, when clicked, will display a popup window containing an HTML block of content.

You can configure the mobile bottom navbar by navigating to Theme Settings > General > Mobile Bottom Navbar, where you can:
• Add or remove buttons.
• Set a custom button with a custom URL for the link.

However, adding a custom popup in the mobile bottom navbar is not possible through theme settings in the mobile bottom navbar.
