sophieParticipantHi there,
One of my websites using your woodmart theme have an issue with the mobile burger menu.
https://sol-eco-huile.fr/
I tried to add the patch I saw.
I deactivate / reactivate my last added plugins, clear the cache…
I saw the topic with the code to replace in the child theme. Is it the same thing normally resolved by the patch ?
Thanks for your help

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builderThank you in advance

sophieParticipantWOW ! Deactivate all the mentions plugin will put my site out of production ! I will surely loose money during the process… You should handle this quickly to avoid putting me in a bad side !
February 13, 2024 at 1:27 am #539314
sophieParticipantI tried to update WPBakery and it doesn’t work, even with uploading a new file from your website. I deactivate the plugin and now, I can’t reactivate it !
February 13, 2024 at 1:31 am #539316
sophieParticipantDeactivating all the plugins at the same time was a bad idea… Site broken 🙁
February 13, 2024 at 10:23 am #539375
Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, the mobile menu is working correctly now. You should be able to activate all plugins one-by-one and find which one causes this issue.
February 13, 2024 at 11:35 am #539418
sophieParticipantI will add the plugins 1 by 1 and get back to you.
And what about the problem with WPBakery. I no longer have the choice to activate the plugin in my admin panel. I can’t update it too..
Could help ?

sophieParticipantAnd sorry but I tried on my phone and it doesn’t work ! The burger menu is still doing nothing on Android…
February 13, 2024 at 12:28 pm #539442
Artem TemosKeymasterCould you please disable cache on your website?
February 13, 2024 at 12:34 pm #539446
sophieParticipantI have no cache as I know. WP Rocket is inactive.
When I click on the burger menu it shows only this URL : sol-eco-huile.fr/#February 13, 2024 at 12:40 pm #539447
sophieParticipantAnd it’s going worse and worse ! I removed WP Bakery because I couldn’t update it and now I can’t upload the new version from your website (js_composer.zip) = incompatible archive !
In the Woodmart theme plugins section I no more see WP Bakery as a basic required plugin, only Elementor…
I have 6 licences from you and this is the first time I have such an issue…
Need urgent help please…February 13, 2024 at 1:24 pm #539461
sophieParticipantCan you come back to me please ? I need to fix it today as I’m loosing sales.

Artem TemosKeymasterYour home page is still cached. You can check it in the source code of your home page. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/f839e77baf307711f9594e5bccba0144
Install the latest version of the WPBakery page builder plugin via Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Plugins.February 13, 2024 at 1:56 pm #539478
sophieParticipantCan’t see the latest version of Bakery as you can see in the screenshot

February 13, 2024 at 2:52 pm #539506February 13, 2024 at 3:06 pm #539514
Artem TemosKeymasterIf you can’t deactivate cache on your website then try to contact your hosting provider for help. While your website is cached we can’t check anything.
February 13, 2024 at 3:33 pm #539529
sophieParticipantI’m trying to do it with my developper…
February 13, 2024 at 3:38 pm #539530
sophieParticipantOK I deactivate again WP Rocket. No cache. What can we do now ?
February 13, 2024 at 3:38 pm #539533
sophieParticipantPHP8.2 is there any pb with that ?
February 13, 2024 at 4:04 pm #539556
Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, the mobile navigation now works both on iOS and Android. Here is a screenshot https://gyazo.com/89797059d16f5e721d26540c2eee1f67
February 13, 2024 at 4:10 pm #539560
sophieParticipantYes. There’s a conflict with WP Rocket. What can I do please as this plugin is very important for me
February 13, 2024 at 5:01 pm #539597
Artem TemosKeymasterWe see some JS errors in the console caused by the installed plugins. Could you please disable all plugins and keep WP Rocket cache so we can check the configuration and see what is wrong?
February 13, 2024 at 5:06 pm #539602
sophieParticipantAll my images are broken 🙁
February 13, 2024 at 5:23 pm #539611
Artem TemosKeymasterYou have a problem with your website configuration that causes this issue. Here is a screenshot from the console https://gyazo.com/c8ae29f5eb053ba63c7f15da2b4c6b3c
While you are checking your website viahttps
it tried to load images viahttp
. Probably, you don’t have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General.February 13, 2024 at 5:33 pm #539616
sophieParticipantOK done it
