Mobile Contact Popup

Hello

I am trying to use the contact popup on my mobile menu. I added as the html block as a custom link menu item and also as an html block item but when you click on ‘contact’ it goes to the home page. What am I doing wrong as I cannot figure it out?

What I am trying to achieve is the same as the login/register on the mobile menu where when you click on login/register the slide opens which is lovely.

As you want to display popup when your mobile menu item clicked. You need to use the class “woodmart-open-newsletter” in CSS Classes (optional) field. So when someone clicked the link your promo popup will be shown.

Thank you. I have tried this which works when you click on contact but the popup always opens when visiting the site both on desktop and mobile. If I switch the Promo Popup off in settings then the contact popup doesn’t work.

How do I solve this? I would like to keep the option of having a promo popup or not when visiting the site as well as clicking the popup contact form on the mobile version.

If you do not want to show that promo popup automatically and just want to show when someone clicks on the link.

For this you do not have to disable the promo popup. You just need to increase the delay time of popup for “Popup delay” option to too much like “10000000” from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Promo Popup. So it will be never shown automatically when someone visits the site.

This all worked but I have gone with the html block in the header on the mobile version because I would like to keep the Promo popup free to promote sales etc for the site as and when I need to.

I am glad that it works. If you don’t want to use promo popup on click then you would better use Popup element.

Insert the Popup element and configure https://gyazo.com/860840ad2f673484cf26656bedd8c8d7 then insert the text block and insert the shortcode https://gyazo.com/cf364bf6448d61dac5c8444ef08bc47f

You can insert any content into the popup element or also shortcode of html block. This element would appear only on the clicking of the button, which is shown on the page where you add the element.

But you can not directly display the button of that html block inside your mobile menu. So you have to use that html block outside the menu element in you header.
