Mobile description tab

Hi
Having problem with description tab on mobile phone, when you load the page the tab is open but when the page is finish the the description closing. You can click on the tab but when you scroll down the tab closing again.
Whats wrong?

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Single Product >> Tabs and set the accordian state to first opened.

Yes that work on mobile but on computer you get 2 section, have right now this settings in admin.

Have now clear cache but it dont work, the same problem as before.
